BACKGROUND
SplitEV is a tech startup that provides a reliable, accessible, and comprehensive EV charging network for drivers and hosts of private charging stations.
At the time of collaboration, SplitEV was a Series A startup and alum of the TechStars accelerator program that was preparing for go-live launch the next quarter. However, they lacked a full-time US-based designer and required greater design support to finish the mobile design of the MVP, web app, and website. As a result, B’More Designful joined SplitEV as a design partner.

As a startup that was preparing for launch, SplitEV required high-ticket design demands. With a dedicated team of one design lead, B’More Designful works closely with SplitEV’s developers on the mobile app, web app, and marketing website.
We collaborate directly with the founder and engineers to refine strategy and vision, ensuring that the product meets both business goals and user needs.

He also leads Ilera, a healthtech initiative improving access to care across Africa and the MENA regions. With prior roles in global strategy, implementation, and media at companies like Immedis, Food Network, and Johnson & Johnson, Abi brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to every venture he builds.
